Returns
- Can I Return My Bike if it has been Damaged or Does Not Work?
- Yes, we accept returns plus the cost of return shipping. Within 30 days of receiving the bike you can pay for shipping and send it back for a full refund, if the bike has never had gasoline in it.
- Can I Return My Bike If I Rode It and Decided I Don't Want it Any More?
- We apologize, but UPS regulations state that no item can be shipped that contains or has ever contained gasoline for safety reasons. While this guarantees we only ship new pocket bikes to you, it also means it must still be new in order for you to return it.
Shipping
- How Much is Shipping? What about Sales Tax?
- We ship all of our bikes with 5 business day UPS shipping at a flat rate of $64.12. We charge no sales tax on orders, except for California where we must charge the standard 9.25% sales tax by state law.
- How big is the box?
- It depends on the size of the bike. Typical box dimensions are three to four feet long, about a foot and a half wide, and two to two and a half feet high. The boxes typically weigh between 45 and 60 pounds and can be easily carried.
- How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- We process orders in 24-48 Hours, and shipping from our warehoue to your door takes 5-7 business days. Upon receiving payment we will immediately email you a tracking number so you can see the status of your shipment at any time.
- Can I come to the warehouse and pick up a bike in person?
- Our warehouse is optimized for distribution so unfortunately we can not allow any will-call purchases at this time. We plan to open up a retail location here in Southern California in the future.
